1. Introduction

Welcome to LocalFixAi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using LocalFixAi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Role of LocalFixAi (Liability Disclaimer)

LocalFixAi acts STRICTLY as an online aggregator and hyper-local matching platform connecting customers with independent local workers/service providers.

• No Employment Relationship: We do not employ the workers listed on our platform.
• Zero Liability: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the workers. Any dispute, damage, or loss occurring during or after the service is solely between the customer and the worker. LocalFixAi shall not be held liable for any physical, financial, or emotional damages.

3. User & Worker Guidelines

• Accuracy of Information: Users (both customers and workers) must provide accurate phone numbers, locations, and profile details.
• Prohibited Conduct: Any fraudulent activity, posting inappropriate content, or misusing the platform to harass others will result in an immediate lifetime ban.

4. Advertisement Booking & Priority System

LocalFixAi offers premium ad placements (Hero Banners and VIP Ads) for workers.

• Geographical Waterfall Logic: Ads are displayed based on a local-first priority system (Village > City > District > State).
• Override Rule: A highly local ad (e.g., Village level) will strictly override and replace a broader regional ad (e.g., District level) in that specific local area. By booking a broader ad, you acknowledge that your ad may be hidden in micro-regions where local workers have booked their own ads.

5. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and maintain the automated Geo-Waterfall system, our payment policy is strict:

• Payments: All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
• No Refunds: Once an advertisement (Hero Banner or VIP Ad) is successfully paid for and its status becomes "Active" or "Queued," the payment is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Cancellations: You cannot cancel an active ad campaign to get a refund. If an ad fails to go live due to a technical error on our end, the amount will be adjusted or refunded within 5-7 business days.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform.
