• Payment Information: For booking advertisements (Hero Banners/VIP Ads), we use a secure third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do NOT store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account (Worker or Customer).
• To power our Geographical Waterfall System, matching users with hyper-local workers.
• To process payments for advertisement bookings securely.
• To resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and provide customer support.

We respect your privacy. We share your information ONLY in the following situations:

• Service Fulfillment: A worker's contact details and location are shared with customers looking for local services (and vice versa) to facilitate the actual work.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary payment data with Razorpay exclusively to process your ad bookings.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, government request, or to protect the rights and safety of LocalFixAi and its users.

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.
